I began doing Chloe’s workouts in late 2023 and stopped in early 2024. In just a year I went from 55kg to 63kg, which as far as I’m aware, is still healthy but slightly on the line of becoming overweight. I decided that 2025 was a good start to try again with my fitness journey and I’m nearly done with the 2025 weight loss challenge. It has been hard but I feel good and motivated to continue with other challenges. I feel more energetic and it’s gotten easier for me to do the exercises. I’ve also lost about 1.5 kg in a month which is great and hopefully I can continue to lose a couple more kg so that I can achieve a healthy weight for me (I’m 160cm/5’3 for reference). Even if I notice changes in the way I feel, I’m yet to see any drastic changes in my body. I know it’s too early for that and that being constant is key, but I’m curious to know when you started noticing visible changes and if you had to do any additional exercises to compliment Chloe’s workouts in order to see results (besides from a good diet), so I would appreciate if you could share your experiences, thanks!!
