Hey everyone!! i’ve been working on gaining muscle, toning my body, getting bigger glutes, abs and overall strength. i am around 166cm and 54.5kg. i’m obviously not trying to lose weight, i actually gained 2kgs after starting my workouts and am happy with that.
i know protein is very important and i like getting it from actual food because any protein drink/powder tastes gross to me and i like to enjoy what i eat 😭
based on my goals and my measurements, how many grams should i be aiming to get in a day?
another question: i dont use food tracking apps as i used to be obsessed with calories for years and it was super unhealthy, is there any way i can track my protein intake without tracking calories?
