I am terrified of people seeing me workout, which only leaves me with the ability to workout Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. (Usually for only 10-15 mins.) My end goal isn't to lose weight but I feel like I should be doing more.
I am also a student so I walk a lot (usually very fast) on campus on Mondays and Wednesdays.
I have a smartwatch that tracks my fitness and it's always saying I need to workout intensely and what I do isn't enough ... I try to ignore it but I'm paranoid I'm doing badly.
My workout schedule doesn't even leave me enough time to do the programs either... What should I do?
