You have a lot of time ! That is great ~
I would try out Chloe’s 2024 summer shred , or even add some of her HIIT workouts into your routine 5 days a week . If you feel up to it even the 2024 shred and tone would be great if you have some light weights.
Adjusting your diet to a proper amount of calories to lose weight for age , height and activity level . You don’t need to count all the time but it would be good ground work to find out exactly what is in the food you’re eating going forward .
High protein low carbs low sugar has helped with my weight loss. Almost 20 pounds down now after making that change ~
At the start , you may not see a change on the scale , don’t worry about it ! Your body will be swapping fat for muscle and should start to look leaner , regardless of what the scale says .
I see lots of posts with people concerned about that so wanted to let you know a head of time . 🙂
Getting your daily steps, and being sure to drink lots of water .
I wish you luck on your goal ! We all believe in you !

Some advice I have for you is:
- keep track of your weight. You can use the CORE app to do so or, find another app. Also take progress pictures and measurements
- if you have 6-7 months to lose weight, you should go at a weight loss rate of 1 to 2 lbs a month. So, you should aim to lose 24 to 48 lbs
- make sure to calculate your BMI to make sure you are at a healthy weight
- don't skip meals but instead, limit the snacks you have in between meals. Have healthier food and don't be afraid to have some ice cream once in a while
- for exercise I ran in the morning around my neighborhood. This helped because I was able to get my workout over with and set the tone for a good day. You don't have to run you could do one of chloes programs or any other workout.
- Sleep!!!! Get in 8 to 10 hrs of sleep
- if you have a fitness tracker, you can track your sleep, see how many calories you burn, and see how efficiently you exercised. You don't need an expensive one. Mine was around 90 dollars and was a fit bit. You can most likely find cheaper ones. This was the best purchase I ever made and it Kickstarted my fitness journey. Highly recommended!!!

Slight calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight. Paired with cardio, and a program should definitely help out. Also portion control only have junk food in moderation. Eat fruit, veggies, protein, and maybe some healthy carbs. Intermediate fasting can help i do it to keep me from night snacking personally 14-16 hours is ideal. And be consistent even if you don't see a huge change i went from 210 to 110 in 3-4 years. It takes time and consistency, probably could've been faster if it wasn't for my unusual circumstances though. And last but not least never give up even if you mess up.

Avoid cold water, take warm water instead (helps to accelerate metabolism), avoid caffeine specially at first time in the morning, drink 1 glass of warm water as soon as you wake up. Dont drink liquids while you eat(wait at least 30 min after you are done with your meal)
Carbonate water is a NoNo same as alcohol.
Replaced refined sugar for stevia and avoid processed food. Every single meal should have a lots of protein. Change white bread for whole wheat bread (you can also find different alternatives). If you dont have Pocos, Red maca and ashwaganda supplements to regulare hormona and cortisol. And of course avoid stress and get enough sleep.

It's perfectly normal to set a workout goal and stick to it! But I want to tell you something I wish someone had told me in the 8th grade. Society put an expectation on you to look a certain way, weigh a certain amount and fit into a certain size. But you are beautiful NOW. You are beautiful in the before and the after!! Enjoy 8th grade, and don't be afraid to eat something unhealthy every now and again! Start with baby steps. Try and add fruits and veggies to your meals instead of cutting everything out. Try eating a healthy snack, instead of cutting them out entirely. I found that finding healthier alternatives to food I liked help have the most consistent results because once you end a diet and you start to eat like you did before, your results go away. Please don' starve yourself.
Sincerely,
a loving person from the internet <3

God crafted you wonderfully and He is proud of you. :))

It is better to cut bread rice and sugar. I did this and I ate them once in a while and I lost 9kgs in almost 3 months, and also do intermittent fasting, eat only 2 times a day without snacking. I think doing intermittent fasting you don't need to count calories as long as you dont eat bread, rice and sugar.. (edited)

You should reduce calories and count protein, carbohydrates and fat. I advise you to drink water and stay away from processed sugars, fried foods, and bad foods. You will find yourself after 6 months 👍🏻

It is best to prepare your own food and stay away from restaurants as much as possible so that you can eat burgers in a healthy way
