How to achieve supermodel toned Body?

My goals:
AGE :20y/o female
HEIGHT: 160
WT:48 KG
Anyways let's come to the main point, my ideal body I want:
1. No bulky arms( I want like models) idk what to say to those arms I mean biceps / triceps idk please help
2. No big glutes
3. Only flat and toned stomach area I mean more core
4. Legs more tones( again reminder: No big gultes)
