I’m 158 cm, 46 kg. My waist is 63cm. I have fat roll, so I’m afraid I’m skinny fat.

Are you sure its a roll or just skin that you can pinch? Your waist is the size of kpop idol waist and even them sometimes when they wear certain clothes or do certain dance it looks like rolls but that's just how body contort when it moves.

It looks like fat roll, it is very soft, about 2cm in length, appears when I’m sitting.
Talking about kpop idols, they are not fit actually. My stomach looks similar to their, so maybe I’m worrying without reason after all.

More reliable ways include measuring methods like a DEXA scan, but these can be harder to get access to. You can do a tape test with an online calculator and a flexible tape measure, or you can get calipers (but you do have to learn how to do both of these methods accurately) Less reliable ways include the scales that promise to give you a body composition breakdown (can be useful as a way to track trends rather than specifics)

Tape test shows 17%, but I guess I did something wrong, it is impossible.
I have smart scale, it shows 23%, but idk if I should believe it.
