Hi fellow members of the community, I just had a question I've been wanting to askđź‘€
So, as said in the title, I was pretty much born with a quite arched back, and it didn't bother me until I started working out a few weeks ago. Honestly, it was giving that impression of having a bigger booty and bigger chest, so I didn't find any reason to change it. I do feel a bit of back pain when I walk more than 1h30, but since it's not too painful, I just let it be..
But now that I'm working out, a lot of Chloe's exercises require keeping your back flat, and I find it really hard (especially during bird dogs, plank leg raises etc). My lower back actually hurts quite a bit when working out and I don't feel like it's that usual "good pain" you get when you're done exercising
I did talk about it to my doctor, but she just said that as long as I don't experience strong lower back pain, then it's not that big of an issue..
So I was wondering if anyone here has to dealt with that kind of problem ? And if so, how'd you guys manage to get rid of it ?
