How to do cheat days?

Hi, I’ve been working out for a year now and my goal is to lose weight, have 11 line abs and get slim legs. I am on a calorie diflict and I eat 1300~1400 calories a day. I have always been doing a cheat day every 2 weeks. On cheat days, I think I eat 2000 calories or more. For the first 5 months I lost 3 kg but after that my weight didn’t really change. Its been more than a year since I started and I want to lose more weight. 2 monthes ago, I finally lost 1kg more but after that I haven’t. Do you have any idea why? I always lose weight while I’m working out and I get to 55kg but then, my cheat day comes and I go back to 56kg and repeat. Am I doing my cheat days wrong? Should I not do cheat days? I’m a teenager and I weigh 56kg right now, and my hight is 153cm/5ft. I follow Chloe Ting’s programs and I’m on her flat tummy challange and I’m planning on doing her new challenge next.
I really don’t know why I’m not losing weight and how I should do my cheat days, please give me advise! ! !
