I’m a 15 years old and every time I have a hard time I start getting nervous and hungry at the same time so I gotta starve myself without meaning that or eat like A LOT amount of food with high calories without noticing, I tried to stop that by sleeping or doing something I don’t wanna say but it’s not working at all I just eat without feeling full .
Can anyone explain why this is happening to me? ( sorry for my bed English )
