I was wondering if anyone had any tips and tricks on how to get rid of a double chin?  ?   Is there anything you would recomend like any exercises n stuff x
I use a gua sha but it’s not rly working.  Maybe I’m doing it wrong or something but I thought I would post if anyone has any tips and just to help others if they can relate x
