Chloe's Programs
Hey guys, i am planning on starting a new chloe ting workout (only fitness mat) that would help me
1) lose weight (main priority) - full body
2)lose belly fat
3) lose leg/thigh fat
4)maybe arm fat and back fat as added goals
5) not really looking to grow a booty just yet or building resistance
I have done the 2 week shred 2019 but was not able to finish it; I always start workouts but am unable to finish them due to lack of motivation and what not. So, I really wanna feel better about myself and am tryna think which workout to start?
1)should I do a short one: 2-3 weeks or 28+ days program?
2)there are many programs released in different years, how should I select which one to do?
3) each day, I want to workout to be for less than an hour so I know I am not just doing only workout
I'm sorry for such a long message 😅, but i really hope you guys can help me. i really want to feel better about myself!
