I have been working out since the start of September and I have a rough estimate of my calories intake every day. Im not really losing weight or body fat tho:(( last time I checked I only lost 0.7kg for the last three weeks and my body fat percentage dropped by 0.6%. I do core and full body workout at home and I bike and jog in the gym for at least 30min each time. I work out every single day. How come there’s so little progress???
