Fitness Goals
I've been training my whole body for like 1 and half years and i get toned only on my waist and upper body but my main goal was losing fat from thighs and even if I do everything for that I can't lose my thigh fats and it is my biggest insecurities. and i wanna get rid of that.... guys.. any tips because I really wanna lose my thigh fats....
