Hi guys!
I've been doing Chloe Ting challenges consistently since 1st June and I'm currently 2 days away from finishing my 3rd challenge.
However in these last 3 months, I have only lost 1. 5 kg. I have become stronger no doubt but the results on the weighing scale are not that satisfying.
I eat healthy food and have a cheat day once every week.
Do you have any suggestions or specific challenges that will help me to lose belly and thigh fat effectively as an endomorph?
