Hi, I'm struggling with side and reverse planks, i think I'm too heavy for my hands to bear my whole body. Is there any moderation or low impact version until my body get used to it? Can i bend my bottom knee? Chloe didn't put a low impact version in the videos I'm following so i would appreciate it is someone suggested me what to do, i don't want to skip them anymore.
