A lot of workouts require you to be putting your body weight on your wrists, especially planking exercises or some of the ab workouts in particular. I find that my wrists are really hurting during and after the workouts through this.
How can I try to reduce the impact my weight has on my wrists or maybe look after them better after outside of the workouts? I’d appreciate any advice!
