How to stay motivated?

So basically it’s 11:30pm in Australia and I have just binged watched a bunch of weight loss journey videos and now I am committed I have just downloaded this app and started the 2024 weight loss program, but this has happened like 3 times in the past I get really down about my weight then binge a bunch of videos about weight loss to get inspired then I will workout and eat good for like 2 weeks straight then just give up and stop and I’m really scared this is gonna happen again, but I’m gooong this app and program will actually motivate me (bc I have never tried a program i hust used to exercises i found on TikTok and Pinterest).
So any tips on how i can stay motivated and also for time management bc I am still in school and I leave for school at 7:00am and get home 4:30pm so I’m pretty smashed when I get home and I feel like I don’t have any time with homework and study also helping my mum with dinner and cleaning
