I usually feel sick after 3 days of workouts. How will I be able to keep going?

When doing Chloe's workouts, I see that in three days i will lose weight, but at that point, I will just stop or get sick. So after the three day mark, I will go back to my old ways or get sick. Any tips on how to stay motivated or keep working out and not feeling sick? (edited by moderator)
