So, as many other people I wanna lose weight. My goal is to lose about 5 kg till the end of June. I do do all the workouts, so that only 1 problem is left
food. I do like veggies, greens, fruits and other healthy food, but I just can't stop eating a lot of sugary food. Does any of you got an idea of how to stop eating sweets and replace them with fruits/dried fruits/smoothies, etc. ?
