How to track my weight loss progress
Hello, I have been off the whole moving my body and have been feeling lazy, so I gained weight without noticing (body dysmorphya lol)
I have been walking a lot lately as a way to keep my body active (between 6000 to 10l steps a day) and have been drinking 1. 5 to 2l a day (a miracle). I also have been going through a calorie deficit (1260 calories, i'm 25 and "obese" according to MBTI).
I noticed that I have lost weight (2kgs the last weeks), however, I have gained some of those kgs back this time (granted i ate some chips and junk food)
I am now determined to lose weight, look good and feel better about myself.
I would like to know however, when would it possible for me to take my scale weight info for the most accurate weight tracking, and also how many times a week to report those data.
I hope to be determined and move my body around!
my goal: look good before summer, so I can finally look happy in my summer clothes and pics, and for me to keep the weight off
Any tips or recommendations would be welcome!
