A few advices for beginners: -- Don't try to do all of your exercise perfectly at first time. -- If you are ill and you are also a perfectionist, try to skip few days during challenge. Continuing challenge during bad days doesn't mean you won't get your perfect body. -- You'll see the first result after two weeks of intensive work-out. -- Resistance band is really helping your booty to get bigger! If you want to see the result faster buy some bands and lightweight dumbells. -- Don't give up, it's all worth it! -- Breathe coreectly! -- Mind muscle connection really work! -- Music during workout is a good idea to become effective!
