A few advices for beginners:


Don't try to do all of your exercise perfectly at first time.


If you are ill and you are also a perfectionist, try to skip few days during challenge. Continuing challenge during bad days doesn't mean you won't get your perfect body.


You'll see the first result after two weeks of intensive work-out.


Resistance band is really helping your booty to get bigger! If you want to see the result faster buy some bands and lightweight dumbells.


Don't give up, it's all worth it!


Breathe coreectly!


Mind muscle connection really work!


Music during workout is a good idea to become effective!
