I want to reduce my weight and every time I start I don't stay consistent. Its not because I am lazy but due to working schedule of mine as it starts from 2-11 pm IST and then after that I continue till 4 am for my further studies. So I suppose to wake up at 9-10 am. Afterwards I feel so lethargic by the end of the evening. Please suggest as how can I be consistent and what should I do. Also I have a big belly so it also jumps with me so shall I use tummy tucker like things while doing workout. . please suggest me. . I would be thankful to you 🙏. (edited by moderator)
