never done a discussion so im not sure how this works lol, Iâve just done the 2026 summer shred challenge as my first workout thing in a long time and have been eating all homemade meals and yet I havenât lost or gained weight (for context I am 5â5â and weigh 66kg with my goal weight being about 48kg?). I used to track calories for almost a year about a year ago but wasnât losing any weight even though I was eating down to 800 cals and 600 for a bit so I ended up giving up. since then I havenât tracked my calories exactly but I losely estimate and weigh certain foods to make sure I donât overeat, therefore I am 90% sure I eat about 1200-1400 cals every day. I am unable to go to a gym as I live in the middle of nowhere lol and cannot drive myself places as im 16 however I have a walking pad that I often neglect using. questions: my walking pad does 6km/h at itâs most, how long should I be walking every day on it to get 10k steps? My legs are really thick so does anyone know how to get slimmer legs without gaining muscle and keeping the thickness? can someone give me some sort of explanation if possible why I am literally stuck at this weight when I eat well and do the workout? does anyone have any general tips for weight loss that saved them because I am struggling for motivation and have been trying for years and yet is slowly gaining weight but never losing it đđalso this is the nicest community Iâve ever seen, I have so much love for everyone and thank you so much to anyone who says literally anything to this post, coming from someone with posting anxiety đđ«¶
