Beginner
 First of all, I canât even hold a proper plankânot even for a second. I can't support my body weight, and it's also really difficult for me to do other plank-based exercises.
Another issue is that I was super focused on my workout routine at first. But after one week, I got my period, and that totally threw me off track. I did manage to work out during the first 2â3 days after my period ended, but for the last couple of days, Iâve been falling apart. I can't focus, I can't complete my full workouts, and I feel like giving up.âčïž
