I can't do any planks or plank-related workouts.😭

 First of all, I can’t even hold a proper plank—not even for a second. I can't support my body weight, and it's also really difficult for me to do other plank-based exercises.

Another issue is that I was super focused on my workout routine at first. But after one week, I got my period, and that totally threw me off track. I did manage to work out during the first 2–3 days after my period ended, but for the last couple of days, I’ve been falling apart. I can't focus, I can't complete my full workouts, and I feel like giving up.â˜č
