Hi !   I hope everyone is doing well.   So my issue is that I can't do sit ups.  .  .   even when I was "fit" I could not do it.   I have a feeling that something is wrong with me.  .  .   anyone have the same issue ?   Or tips for me ?   Thanks 😊
