Fitness Discussion

Hey! I have just downloaded this app as I want to do some exercise to lose weight. Unfortunately I live on another city for university and I feel a little embarrassed to do workouts if there is someone that I don't know well at home. Also there is a family that live in the apartment below mine. I want to workout but at the same time I don't want to make to much noise (ex. by jumping) is there any program/videos that you would suggest me?
