Hey guys, I am doing a challenge to grow my glutes, but on every single video, I only feel the burn on one or two exercises. Usually the ones that I don't feel the burn on are somehow related to squats or are close to something like that, I tried using heavy weights but didn't notice a difference, I use resistance bands too, I know that my form is accurate and I am also focusing on mind-muscle connection, but I still somehow don't feel the burn. I am very unmotivated and about to cry right now. I know I am doing stuff right but still don't feel the burn of feel it on my knees, I am also very consistent. Today I did six exercises but felt the burn on only one of them, this makes me really sad, I think it's just in my nature that I don't feel the burn even with heavier weights, resistance bands, mind-muscle connection, and correct form. I really wanna stop trying now and I am on the third week of the program ( four weeks in all). Did six different exercises but wasted all my time because I only felt it on my glutes in only one exercise, just like I did one even though I did six. Every time Chloe said "You should be feeling the burn by now" my throat would get tight and I'd wanna slam my computer shut and give up.
