I'm not really an active person. I just started working out earnestly starting this year (and pray for me I will be consistent). Today is my 9th day of the 2024 weight loss challenge and I'm confused with how my body(? ) works. I have a hard time with full body/hiit workouts which is expected since I'm not good with cardio since I was born. I feel weak in the legs and arms when I did the lower body and upper body workouts and feel quite sore the next day, but I am never sore in the abs. I don't think I have that strong of a core but I also make sure that I engage my core during the workouts. So am I doing it wrong? (edited by moderator)
