Fitness Discussion

My current sneakers are a little old, so I've been trying to do Chloe's workouts with socks or bare feet. I see a lot of people working out with bare feet, but I see Chloe with sneakers. Is it okay if I don't do the same as her yet? I'm trying to find new shoes.

Also, what kind of sneakers do you recommend?
