I don’t know what to do
Ok I tried to take pictures where u can see but at the top of my butt I got like this fat it goes around my side and across my lower back and I’ve been everything to get rid of it I’ve swore off chips and fast food soft drinks I’ve doing a lot of walking a lot of lower body and back workouts and it’s not always been there I used to have a nice skinny yet curvy body then some things happened I got depressed and turned to junk food and I was drinking about a two liter of soft drink every two days and I gained a lot of weight the last six months I’ve worked my hardest to lose it and I’m doing ok I think I’ve been working at it a year but the last six months I’ve given it my all and I’ve lost 20 pounds and I’m seeing results every where but this spot sense loosing back fat it looks worse I’m very self conscious about it and I don’t know what else to do.   
Can talk give me some tips what workouts should I do is there a particular challenge I should try?   
I really would like to fix my booty I want to slim the top down and lift and plump the lower part.
