Workout
It has been super hot and humid, and I have no air conditioning. I just have a ceiling fan and an oscillating fan and my room is the hottest room in the house. I did buy an air conditioner but it's not coming until Friday, and I don't know if I'm going to be able to do my workout in a hot and human environment. I don't think I can even do it in a different room because of how hot my house is right now.
I'm just worried that I'm going to wind up getting off track, and I really don't want to do that. Because I have worked really really hard to maintain my consistency, and I really don't want it to get all messed up because it's way too hot for me to work out. Yesterday, I nearly fainted from how hot it was and I don't think I can put myself through that near scenario again. I'm not really sure if I'm looking for advice but I just really needed to vent about this, and I hope I am not the only one that feels like this
