I feel horrible on my rest days...

On my two rest days I always feel so out of shape and fat...
I'm on a weight loss journey and have been seeing progress in my arms, legs getting thinner etc...
But on my rest days so far, I feel like I gain 3 kg back or something..
Idk what's going on😭
I feel like I should work out even on the rest days at this point...
Does someone have an explanation or know if I'm just imagining it?..
