Hi everyone! I just started my workouts and I feel like I'm not activating my glute muscles. Like, I don't really feel that "burn" there when doing an exercise that's supposed to, y'know, burn it. I made sure my posture was all correct and that I was squeezing my glutes. Can anyone tell me why? Thanks in advance! And sorry if the tone or grammar is off. English is not my first language đ
