Idk if its just me, ive started working out since a long time ago but some exercises make my bones crack ? Like hip rotation, high knees (low impact) Arm circles. Is it something to be concerned abt and should check with an orthopedic or is it something that will improve with exercising. I should note how those cracks dont hurt but some are loud and i can feel and hear something going on kind of crack.
