I hate lunges not because of the burn and not even because of the balance (I have figured balancing out). I hate lunges because my toes hurt, I think my toes are not too flexible, so doing lunges makes me feel like my big toe is breaking. I try to stretch my toes and I put a pillow on the floor while doing lunges and it helps to an extent. I just wish I didn’t have problems like that with lunges and an inconvenience to go for a pillow every time 😭
Unpopular opinion: I’m that weird person who enjoys planks because I can feel every muscle on my belly (though I can’t quite figure out how to properly do plank hip dips). Don’t come for me 😆
