I have started weightloss 2026 challenge and only loss 1.5 kg

I have started workout it’s been 20 days I m 70 kg and lost only 1.5 kgs and working out every day almost deficit everyday drinking water . And there was my birthday and friends wedding but still manage to be mindful. But it’s not reducing only lost 1.5 kg. And should I eat less because everyday I m eating 800 cal . Or Should walk 10 k step because I m not kissing it . It’s been 20 days but still doing it I hope I loss weight .. please help everyone
