Fitness Discussion

I started my fitness journey 3 months ago with Chloe, and I’ve been careful to always have nutritious meals. I was starting to feel discouraged because I haven’t noticed much changes on the scale, but when I compared the pictures I took this morning to my before pictures, I’ve noticed my arms look slimmer and my stomach is flatter than before… Is that normal?
