I need advice on everything

So I’m a 14 year old girl, I am not big not small (I’ve added the picture because I have consent from my guardian if that’s fine) I struggle with huge c-cups , I’m 5’2 at 60 kg but I’m not satisfied but I have body goals of course , I want perkier breast and a proportional body because my shoulders are broader than my hips and I can’t tell if my head is small or my body is big, I just want a proportional hourglass figure , it’s genuinely so depressing , I want advice on
1. A perkier bust
2.wider hips
3. Smaller waist
4.a diet plan
5. And finally a recommended program for me
