I need help!đ° I was on a calorie deficit for 6 months and managed to lose 30 kg. But even at the start of my journey, I chose too large a deficit for myself and ate 1000 calories. I feel good and full. Also, all this time I was performing various challenges for Chloe. Now that I have reached my goal, I want to increase my calorie intake a little, to about 1300-1500 calories. But I'm afraid to start gaining weight. What to do? (edited by moderator)
