I just started one of the shred programs and noticed some things I want to fix. So when I was in college I joined the cheerleading team and suffered a wrist accident. I also am a designer so l use the pc 24/7 which makes me suffer from wrist pain now and then. Now that I started the challenge I noticed that l hace trouble with all the planks exercises and it really hurts. Are there some exercises that I can teplace?
And hoy can I improve the resistance in my wrist?
