I need help.

So I’m a 17 year old F, I’ve been trying to lose weight since I was like 8 years old 😭I didn’t have the most healthiest relationship with food since that age because I always felt that I’m fat, so I used to starve myself etc thinking I can lose weight doing that, but it ended up badly as it got me hospitalised about 2-3 times in secondary school. But now I’m trying to do it the proper way, I’ve tried Chloe ting workouts in the past and they have worked, the problem is me, I’m not as disciplined or as consistent as I want to be and that disappoints me. But truly sometimes with school and all, the timing just never ends up being right for me to find the time to work out which might be just a lame excuse? Idk.
What I have started doing lately is walking 10k steps a day, and I have completely cut out soft drinks like sodas and sweet drinks, I have been drinking only water. At the same time, I’m also following this 80/20 rule, where 80 percent of what I eat is healthy and 20 isn’t because it’s impossible to eat healthy all the time at least for me. I know it’s unrealistic to want to see quick results so I’m trying to tell myself to be patient, and I also wanna do chloe’s workouts but one of the major problems I face is that i hate doing it in my room, in such a confined space, and like all hidden and inside, it makes me lack motivation to do the workouts. Also, I just feel like it’s easier to give up sometimes 😔😭 idk how to help myself because at the same time I am very uncomfortable in my own skin, I wanna change my body, my fitness. For the record, I am 152cm and like at about 65kg.
