I struggle engaging the core and glutes, mostly the core. When I engage the core i don’t usually feel that “burn” Chloe always talks about, and when I do it’s only for a short period of time, is it something that should last longer and like afterwards of finishing the exercises?
It’s also very hard for me to engage the glutes and core at the same time
Most of the time although I’m actually focusing on my abs and engaging the core I only feel the burn on my legs
Any advice? Am i the only one struggling ? (edited by moderator)
