Heyy...
I'm finding it extremely difficult to do anything right now, especially my workouts. I simply don't have the energy and somehow I don't have the time, or I'm too tired. At the same time, I'm eating way too much, and I feel like throwing up everything I've eaten (and I really do eat too much but I was never able to throw it up).
I know I'd feel a lot better if I started exercising again and ate less, but I set myself the goal every day and fail. Oh, I love exercise, and I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror again and say, "You're beautiful," and not suck in my stomach every time I look at the mirror and think, "You're so fat and ugly, you lazy bastard! Go and change something"...but I can't...I'm like stuck...and I dont know how to be me again.
Please I nead any Tip I can get...
