Workout
Hi guys♥️
Two days ago I pulled a muscle in my right thigh, yesterday I didn’t care and I did my workout as always, but today I couldn’t finish, I didn’t even do the cooldown.
Tomorrow is my off day, will it be enough for my thigh or do I need more time? What can I do to feel better faster? I’d prefer to start everything again as soon as possible, I was starting to see some changes and I’m afraid that too many days without working out will cancel all my progress😭
