Yesterday I saw what's going for a walk just to get my six thousand steps for the day.I push myself to the limits.I did one round of walking, and as we were going uphill, I push myself to run, of course, it's in the slower pace, and I was running as I went up.The hill took a break afterwards as we were going on the curb, which is another.I guess.A good twenty thirty minutes, I went for our run on that as going down hill i did 3 laps of that, which is about 4 miles then. I pause and start doing clothing workout in the middle of the park after I finished the workout. I didn't do the cool down. Since I wanted to finish my walk still
And I completely forgot my cool down.Now both of my calf muzzle are in pain.I tried to stretch it up today but I believe that I need to.Ice it.
