Chloe's Programs
Hi. I am a student in high school, so I can't really do the program daily. Is it okay to do it at a slower pace, say twice or 3 times a week? I really wish to lose a lot of weight. I have a diet as well but it is hard with school to keep that diet perfect. Please let me know if completing a challenge at a slower pace has been helpful for you, and how you went about it (edited by moderator)
