Hey! i am 2 weeks into working out and i feel great! first five days i was really sore and low energy! now i can get through my 50 minute workout with no extra breaks. But i haven’t been sore since the first few days. does that mean im not pushing myself enough or not doing it right? i have been completely consistent too. or is not being sore ok? thanks in advance!
