Greetings everyone I am 16 years old and I have ASD ( I have a 3mm hole in my heart) yesterday my doctor said it is okay for me to exercise. I have never tried to lose weight in my life, but I also want to have a Healthier, stronger and slimmer body. How can I lose weight without being too worn out. I am 150 cm and 54 kg I think I want to lose 8 kg I will focus on healthy eating in my diet, but I don't want to set a weird calorie limit. Helpp (edited by moderator)
