Fitness Goals
So I have some illnesses and mental health issues that make working out difficult. I try my best to workout and count my calories. For weeks at a time, I lose weight consistently. But then life happens and maybe for about 2-5 days, I'm on medication and have to pause working out. I still maintain my high protein diet, though. But after 5 days, I weigh and I've gained 5kg. And then it will take weeks to lose it.
Every single time.
I'm honestly tired of hating my birthday pictures every year. Any advice for me?
