Hi guys! Help me please, has anyone had it like this or is it just me. Today I had only the 2nd day of the challenge, but the leg exercises are very difficult for me. Especially those that need to be performed standing up. And I'm not talking about lunges at all, it's something extremely difficult for me. I start to sway from side to side, somewhere I start to lose my balance and fall. I'm so sad because of all this 😓, I want to cry, what can be the result if I do something wrong ((( Somewhere, the exercise requires 60 seconds for 1 leg, and I can only do 20 seconds of these 60 sec at most. Even though, I can feel my muscles burning and tension, and sweat is pouring off me like a heavy rain. Does this happen to all newbies, or is it just me?
